7. Termination
- Termination by Vendor: Vendors may terminate their account at any time by contacting Bis Matrimony. Upon termination, your profile and listings will be removed from the platform.
- Termination by Bis Matrimony: Bis Matrimony reserves the right to terminate or suspend a vendor’s account for any violation of these terms or any other reason deemed necessary.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bis Matrimony is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to, loss of business, revenue, profits, or reputation. Vendors use the platform at their own risk.
9. Indemnification
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold Bis Matrimony, its affiliates, and its employees harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to their use of the platform.
